We love the way our products look. When it comes to stylish outdoor furniture, call us big-headed but we think we’re leading the pack.
However, there’s more to great design than what a product looks like, and that’s why at Rawgarden we invest time into using every product. Not just sending it off to a product testing department and waiting for the report back, but really using it.
In other words, taking the product home and asking what our families think. Leaving it at home, and seeing how it copes with the various assaults of family life.
You’d be surprised at the kind of issues that arise from this very rigorous method of research. By spending time doing what we call “making things better”, we end up doing what other people call “innovating”. And at Rawgarden we firmly believe that it’s these little innovations, along with our un-forgiving attention to detail, that set us apart from the competition.
Of course, we couldn’t spend all this time improving our product range for our customers if we ignored the environmental impact of what we were doing – that’s not the way we like to do things.
So the first thing we do is to ensure our products are well built and hardwearing, so our customers won’t have to rush out and replace them after a season or two of use.
And secondly, we work with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and carry their FSC certificate, plus our range has Chain of Custody certification, which reflects our commitment to responsible and sustainable forestry.
The result is a product range that we’re proud to offer to our customers. And you shouldn’t expect anything less.
